Meet The Team

After 32 years as a union carpenter, he retired and started Kovach Improvements in 2022. He additionally has 25 years in commercial construction management experience as a superintendent.

Grew up helping his dad with various projects around the house, eventually helped start Kovach Improvements with his father in 2022. He is also the artist for the company, often producing the concepts and final drawings for the projects.

Has an eye for detail and structure. He joined Kovach Improvements in early 2024 to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Since his hire in March of 2024, he has quickly learned the tricks of the trade and has become a crucial part of the company.
